Custom Orders All products are made to order. You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization information submitted at checkout, including names, dates, and any custom text.

Order Changes Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we cannot make changes.

Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Custom Memory Stone and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability Custom Memory Stone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
