Custom Memory Stone — Refund & Return Policy

Because each memorial stone is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at botrimyi@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damage or defect

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Customer Errors We engrave exactly what you submit. Spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or wrong names provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
